Absolutely! There is nothing linking our packages back to the sender. If you’d like the recipient to know the package is from you, then add a personalised message. If you are a recipient of such a gift, please don’t contact us, we don’t provide any details (or clues) to the person who took joy in sending you it.
Yes, most of the items we sell can include a customised hand-written message.
Please note that any messages containing hate, harassment, threats, accusations, or foul language will not be tolerated.
The delivery timeframe depends on the delivery option you selected at checkout. Most of our items come with free regular 2nd class delivery, which is estimated to take between 3-4 business days after dispatch. If you upgrade to express 1st class delivery, items can be there as quick as 1 business day, but please allow up to 3.
Weekend orders are dispatched on the following Monday, meaning delivery should be calculated from this day.
Please always allow plenty of time for special occasions as we all know how reliable Royal Mail can be at times.
Unfortunately we do not currently offer international shipping.
