What is a Glitter Bomb?
We take your card or tube and booby trap it with a glitter of your choice and then post it to your unsuspecting target completely anonymously.
Is this service anonymous?

Absolutely! There is nothing linking our packages back to the sender. If you’d like the recipient to know the package is from you, then add a personalised message. If you are a recipient of such a gift, please don’t contact us, we don’t provide any details (or clues) to the person who took joy in sending you it.

Can I add a personalised message?

Yes, most of the items we sell can include a customised hand-written message.

Please note that any messages containing hate, harassment, threats, accusations, or foul language will not be tolerated.

Will the glitter cause any damage?
No, our glitter is non-toxic and does not stain or damage materials. We can however guarantee it will be a pain to clean up, mwahaha!
How long does it take to send my order?
Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours. If you order any time Monday – Friday then you should expect your order to be processed and dispatched within one working day.
Can I change my personalised message?

Made a mistake? Not to worry, as long as we haven’t already sent your item we should be able to change your message for you. Please get in touch at hello@postalpranks.co.uk

How long does delivery take?

The delivery timeframe depends on the delivery option you selected at checkout. We offer regular 2nd class delivery as our default delivery option, estimated to take between 3-4 business days after dispatch. If you upgrade to express 1st class delivery at a small additional cost, items can be there as quick as 1 business day, but please allow up to 3.

Weekend orders are dispatched on the following Monday, meaning delivery should be calculated from this day.

Please also note that because the majority of our items are customisable, we can take up to 24 hours to process your order.

Please always allow plenty of time for special occasions as we all know how reliable Royal Mail can be at times.

 

Do you ship internationally?

No, we currently don’t offer international shipping. We will be shortly however so please bare with us until then.

Can I cancel my order?

Sure, as long as we haven’t already sent your item then we should be able to cancel your order, please get in touch at hello@postalpranks.co.uk
